Kathryn Stambaugh

Kathryn Stambaugh brings over two decades of leadership in aging services to her role as Executive Director of AgeWell PACE. She is known for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and long-standing dedication to improving the lives of older adults. Kathryn has led initiatives to expand access to home-based care, strengthen care for those with complex needs, and promote age-friendly health systems. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Geriatric Services at LifeLong Medical Care, one of AgeWell’s parent organizations. A respected voice in the field, she holds dual master’s degrees in business and public health from UC Berkeley.
