As the Executive Director at AgeWell, Chris Falley brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role. With a background as a licensed marriage and family therapist, she holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and psychology from National Louis University and a master’s degree in Family Therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Chris’s leadership abilities shine through her extensive experience in leading high-performing teams. Prior to joining AgeWell, she served as the regional director of hospice and home health services for a prominent healthcare organization in northern California. With her exceptional skills and dedication, Chris is poised to create a nurturing environment where seniors can flourish.
