Erica Dratte’

Erica Dratte is a healthcare quality leader with more than 30 years of experience dedicated to improving care for older adults and vulnerable populations. She believes everyone deserves compassionate, high-quality healthcare. With a foundation in clinical social work, Erica began her career as a Mental Health Worker at the New York State Psychiatric Center and Columbia Psychiatry before earning her degree from the New York University Silver School of Social Work. She has held leadership roles spanning clinical operations, quality, compliance, and executive management, leading initiatives that strengthen quality, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and organizational performance.

Erica is a Virgin Islands Native and outside of work she enjoys traveling, fashion, and spending quality time with her family.
