Faith Wells, M.D.

Dr. Faith Wells has 30+ years of experience in healthcare that spans primary care, internal medicine across various settings, utilization management and healthcare quality with a large multi-specialty group at On Lok. She most recently served as associate medical director responsible for overall management of the On Lok PACE medical team and clinic. She has also been involved in the planning, development, and opening of multiple On Lok PACE centers.
