Derrick Whitacre, the Executive Director at AgeWell, has a deep-rooted passion for senior care and a strong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable populations. With a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and experience as a nursing home and assisted living administrator, Derrick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Over the past nine years, he has been at the forefront of developing innovative strategies to enhance the quality of life for seniors. Drawn to the PACE program’s mission of promoting seniors’ independence in their own homes, Derrick is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of older adults.
