At AgeWell PACE, we strive to uphold the values of justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of our program.  Recognizing that systemic injustices have affected marginalized communities, we are committed to ensuring that our program is inclusive and accessible to all older adults.

We work to eliminate any barriers that may prevent older adults from accessing our services due to socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, or disability.  We provide a safe and welcoming environment that embraces and celebrates the diversity of our participants and team members. 

We continually evaluate our program to identify areas where we can improve our practices and promote equity and justice.   We are committed to listening to feedback from our participants, families, caregivers, and AgeWell PACE team members to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of care and support for all members of our community.
